The Wircon Wireless Dispensing System is the only bar management solution in the world to offer full accounting control, measured or free pour dispensing, and wireless technology. Wircon’s dispensing systems are sold or leased as packages in sizes of 40 to 1000 spouts or more. A full package provides you with everything you need, including spouts with built-in wireless technology, receiver, software, security tape, and an easy-to-use installation guide. Each spout has 4 different settings and all can be individually programmed.

Stay Connected
Use of a Wircon System is easy and effective. When a spout dispenses, it sends a signal via a wireless connection to the main receiver. From there the data registers on the computer where the software has been installed. The pre-programmed software in each spout allows managemet to see exactly what spirit has been distributed, time and date stamp, and the quantity served.

Eliminate Problem Areas
The Wircon system eliminates the opportunity for staff mistakes and potential theft. The security sealing device ensures that no spout can be taken off without management’s knowledge. In addition, it is not possible to extract any liquor from a bottle unless the valve in the spout is legitimately activated, giving management complete control and peace of mind.

Quicker Service
The Wircon patented spout selector, located conveniently on every Wircon spout, allows selection of a free pour or an automatically dispensed measured serving without use of a measurement device or dispensing ring. This minimizes handling time and improves speed of service. Wireless connectivity allows normal activity by bar personnel and does not impede service in any way.

Freedom of Movement
Wireless spout communication with receiver works perfectly within 1000 feet or 330 yards under normal working conditions. The wireless signal carries through walls and other obstacles without interference. It allows staff to move freely around the bar and premises, swiftly dispensing alcohol as it is logged into the system. If for any reason the signal is blocked or the dispenser goes outside the 1000 foot range, the data is saved in the spout’s individual technology and transferred when it has a connection to the receiver again.

Stock Control
All data of liquor sold or dispensed remains in the system and can be easily retrieved at any time. This feature saves valuable time on stock accounting/inventory and also facilitates quick and easy stock re-ordering.

Complete Management
The Wircon system allows management to monitor how busy the bar is at any given time, even from a remote location using an online connection. The data gives an actual overview of all bar-related activities, and facilitates optimal shift staffing, reducing the risk of over or understaffing.

Precise Accounting
The Wircon system allows liquor accounting to be completed quickly and at a new level of precision, thus reducing inventory-related salary costs and the risk of potential errors. The system logs everything that has been served and compiles comprehensive product reports that can be viewed by different categories, liquor brand, specific bars within the same location, and an entire establishment. Reporting can be generated for any given period of time, giving you instant viewing of your establishment’s production at end of day, week, month, or any other desired period of time. Wircon systems are also POS compatible.
